How to Make Ice Cream Using Liquid Nitrogen.

Editor:adminClick: Time:2022-12-02 10:00
Today we are going to explain how to make ice cream. First, pour liquid nitrogen into a deeper container and cover it. If you don't have a cover, you can use a book instead. Be careful not to splash liquid nitrogen on your body during the pouring process, otherwise, it will cause severe frostbite. Take strawberry ice cream, for example. Put strawberries into a small stainless steel pot and mash, then add 150g of liquid ice cream and stir well.
Then one person put on heat-resistant gloves and continued to stir, while the other added liquid nitrogen dropwise at the same time. A large amount of white fog was observed, bubbles were generated in the container, and the liquid was splashed out. After pouring liquid nitrogen, it solidified rapidly from the edge to the middle, and the outer wall of the small pot was frosted. Stop pouring liquid nitrogen, continue stirring, and finally form ice cream.
