What causes the liquid nitrogen tank to be abandoned?

In addition to the liquid nitrogen tank's service life, the tank should be abandoned, there are several reasons, the tank should be abandoned:
1. Corrosion of tank inner groove
When the liquid nitrogen tank is used, the surrounding and bottom of the inner tank are easy to corrode and become black and foaming. Although stainless steel has strong anticorrosive capability, manufacturers often use aluminum alloy in order to reduce costs. Therefore, it reminds us that effective measures must be taken to prevent corrosion in the inner groove.
2. Vacuum reduction
If there is a vacuum problem between the interlayer of the container, the cooling performance of the container will change. For example, the external condensation of containers, or freezing into white state, is usually a good performance of vacuum. If the liquid nitrogen consumption increases when the container is tested technically, it is the symbol of vacuum deterioration, and the measure of maintenance should be vacuum exhaust.
