How to Keep Aircraft Aluminum Liquid Nitrogen Tank

Aviation aluminum liquid nitrogen tank is used to store non-combustible, but asphyxiating liquid nitrogen. If it is not carefully leaked, it will cause anoxia, which will lead to asphyxia. Therefore, it is necessary to take good care of aviation aluminum liquid nitrogen tank to avoid leakage. The specific custody methods are as follows:
1. Check whether the shell is depressed and the vacuum vent is intact before use.
2. Whether the membrane of the vacuum opening is opened or not;
3. Check whether there are cracks in the vacuum cap.
If the vacuum opening is destroyed, the vacuum degree will be reduced, and it can not be kept warm when seriously damaged. If it continues to be used, the upper part of the tank will be frosted and the liquid nitrogen will be greatly depleted.
Note: After the inspection is completed, we should not touch the vacuum opening in use.
4. Next, inspect the inside of the tank. If there is any foreign body, it must be removed to avoid corrosion of the inner tank.
5. When transporting aviation aluminum liquid nitrogen tanks, they must be installed in wooden frames and padded with cushions. Packing between the tank and the tank should be tightened to avoid collision with each other. Handling should be light and handled. When storing aviation liquid aluminium nitrogen tanks, they should be placed in a well-ventilated and cool place to avoid direct sunlight and to avoid tank dumping.
