What problems should I pay attention to when using dewar liquid nitrogen tank?
The storage type container is mainly used for the static storage of liquid nitrogen and frozen articles indoors and cannot be used for vehicle transportation. In order to meet the use conditions of transportation, the transportation type container is specially designed for shock prevention. the container can be stored at rest and can also be transported and used under the condition of filling liquid nitrogen, but collision and violent vibration should be avoided. If the container is replenished with liquid nitrogen indoors, please pay attention to opening the ] window to prevent severe hypoxia in the operating environment.
A new container or a container that has been thawed and reheated must be pre-cooled with a small amount of liquid nitrogen before use, and then filled with liquid nitrogen after persistent near heat balance ( no severe vaporization ). When filling liquid nitrogen, it is advisable to use a pump or a long pipe funnel. its filling pipe should be inserted near the bottom of the container, and a gap should be left in the middle of the container to allow nitrogen to vent. The height of the liquid level in the injection container must not exceed the plane of the lower end of the neck tube. Avoid contact between human body and liquid nitrogen during operation to avoid frostbite.
Two to three hours after the first entry of frozen articles into the container, it is suggested that the experimenter regularly observe whether there is condensation water or frosting on the outer surface of the container. if these two situations occur, it indicates that the vacuum degree of the container has deteriorated, which will cause the liquid nitrogen in the container to evaporate out in a short period of time, and the container will not be used normally. Although the probability of this kind of phenomenon is very small, it may be caused by not loading, unloading and transportation according to the product requirements, but this observation is necessary to avoid the loss of frozen goods. Please note that the container shell has been subjected to atmospheric pressure in the use and transportation environment. during use or transportation, if there is a serious collision or heavy pressure, the surface of the container shell will be sunken, resulting in damage or failure of the product.

When handling and taking and placing frozen articles, please take care to take care of them lightly.
If the container needs cleaning, wash it with neutral detergent first, then rinse it with warm water not higher than 50c. After washing, the inner container should be used to dry ( zui should be dried with hot air, and its temperature should not be higher than 50c ) and cooled to room temperature before filling with liquid nitrogen.
