Then quickly put the drum back into the tank, reset the lifting hook (clamp the lifting drum into the slot of the neck of the liquid nitrogen tank), and cover the stopper.
In the process of preservation and transportation of vaccines, ampoules must always be below the liquid nitrogen level, the liquid nitrogen level should always be above the safety line, and the vaccines exposed to the liquid nitrogen level should be abandoned; if the liquid nitrogen in panchao liquid nitrogen container evaporates unexpectedly, the vaccines in liquid nitrogen tank will fail and be completely abandoned; the shorter the exposure time of ampoules in the air outside the liquid nitrogen tank, the better. It's better not to exceed 10 seconds. The ampoules taken out from the panchao liquid nitrogen tank should be immediately melted in warm water at 27-35 C (no more than 60 seconds). Once thawed, the vaccine can not be put back into liquid nitrogen. In the use process, the first need to pay attention to the volatilization and waste of liquid nitrogen, and the second need to protect samples and cells as much as possible when supplementing liquid nitrogen.
