Installation and Use of Liquid Nitrogen Tank

I. Installation of liquid nitrogen tanks:
1. The panchao liquid nitrogen tank should be placed on a flat ground with enough space around it for switching on and off the liquid nitrogen tank. It should be convenient for the handling and replacement of the liquid nitrogen tank.
2. The connection between the liquid nitrogen tank and the joint of the feeding pipeline is tight to prevent the leakage of liquid nitrogen caused by the loosening of the installation.
3. The valve should be opened slowly for the first time, and the valve can be opened normally after the feeding pipeline is in normal operation.
II. Use:
1. Infusion: When filling liquid nitrogen into the container, first open the emptying valve, connect the metal hose of infusion to the inlet/drain valve, then open the inlet/drain valve, that is, add liquid nitrogen from the inlet/drain valve, and close the inlet/drain valve after filling.
2. Level indication: Using full-view buoyancy level meter, through observation, the yellow indicator ring in transparent display can directly indicate the change of liquid level in the container.
3. Storage: When you use this container to store liquid medium, close the intake/discharge valve and booster valve, and must open the vent valve.
4. Transport: When you use this container to transport liquid media, the valves should be in the same switching state as when they were stored. Please place the base of the packing box under the seat ring of the container and fix the container reliably on the car with ropes. And please note that liquid nitrogen storage tanks can not be used for transportation.
5. Infusion: When liquid nitrogen is exported in the liquid nitrogen tank, first close the empty valve, open the booster valve, and then observe that when the pressure on the pressure gauge rises to 0.05 MPa (0.5 kg/cm2), open the drain valve, and the liquid nitrogen can be continuously exported.
