When bovine frozen semen is stored in liquid nitrogen and semen is taken out of liquid nitrogen tank, in order to prevent the influence of temperature change on semen quality, the action should be agile, and the semen should not exceed the base of liquid nitrogen container to prevent the semen from thawing from the temperature rise. Bovine frozen semen has a history of more than 40 years. Experiments show that frozen semen still has the ability to fertilize. However, it is generally believed that the viability and fertilization ability of frozen bovine semen gradually decrease with the prolongation of survival time.
The cold source of bovine semen freezing comes from liquid nitrogen. The liquid nitrogen cooling fluoride plate (PTFE) in granular semen, copper mesh and aluminium plate drop.
