Precautions for filling liquid nitrogen tank with liquid nitrogen or freezing articles for the first time

The new liquid nitrogen tank or the thawed and rewarming liquid nitrogen tank must be filled with a small amount of liquid nitrogen for precooling before use, and then filled with liquid nitrogen after adhering to the near heat balance (the gasification is not violent). When filling liquid nitrogen, it is advisable to use a pump or a long pipe funnel. The filling pipe shall be inserted close to the bottom of the liquid nitrogen tank, and a gap shall be left in the middle of the liquid nitrogen tank for nitrogen to be discharged.
2-3 hours after the liquid nitrogen tank is put into the frozen articles for the first time, it is suggested that the experimenter should regularly observe whether there is condensed water or frost on the external surface of the liquid nitrogen tank. If these two conditions occur, it indicates that the vacuum degree of the liquid nitrogen tank has deteriorated, which will cause the liquid nitrogen in the liquid nitrogen tank to volatilize completely in a short time, and the liquid nitrogen tank can not be used normally. Although the probability of this phenomenon is very small, which may be caused by the failure to load, unload and transport according to the product requirements, this observation is necessary to avoid the loss of frozen goods.
When the liquid nitrogen tank is filled with liquid nitrogen for the first time, if a large amount of condensed water, frost and other abnormal phenomena are found on the surface of the tank, it shall be repaired in time.
